If you are collecting timber products please collect at the time booked i.e. 9am collection would be 9am > 9:45am, this helps us have the product ready for your slot and reduces customer congestion.
Ideally Timber collections are pre-ordered on our website. Book a collection slot at checkout. Typically next working day or later as required
Shop item collections (treatments, fixings) these do not need to be pre-booked you can just turn up and pay in normal working hours.
Courier deliveries, within 7 working days, local to London and Essex go sooner.
Lorry deliveries, within 7 working days depending on postcode many local drops are delivered sooner for instance London within 4 working days. Details are confirmed when you checkout

What we need from you on Courier deliveries
Please advise us of any day’s that you will not be able to accept delivery as soon as you order
Please advise us if you have access issues at your delivery location
Couriers are instructed to leave parcels somewhere safe should no one be at the property
We cannot offer set times for courier deliveries
What we need from you on Lorry deliveries
Please advise us of any day’s that you will not be able to accept delivery as soon as you order
Please advise us if you have access issues at your delivery location
The driver must have assistance to offload unless alternative arrangements made with our transport team
Deliveries are to kerbside only
Access must be suitable for lorries which will be 3.5 tonne 7.5 tonne or 14 tonne lorries (7.5 tonne being similar to average refuse collection lorry)
The drivers cannot enter customer properties or take materials to rear gardens.
Please check the delivery ticket is correct and sign to confirm this.
If you wish to collect please enter products into your basket and proceed to checkout.
During the checkout phase you will be able to select your day and time slot, your goods will be pre-picked and ready waiting on your arrival
Lead times are currently next day soonest and collections are Monday to Friday
Shop products like screws and treatment will be in the office please ensure you go to the office to get your paperwork and any accessories.
Note orders under £25.00 can still be ordered online but collection will be booked after the purchase is complete, one of our sales team will contact you to book this.
