Our customers are primarily sauna manufacturers, so we do not directly install the products ourselves. Installation methods can vary between manufacturers. Some use hidden panel clips only, while others use a combination of panel clips and adhesive.

Standard stock lengths are:

1800mm, 2100mm, 2400mm, 2700mm and 3000mm

Occasionally, depending on profile and size availability, shorter lengths may also be available:

1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm

Lifespan

The lifespan will depend greatly on the environment and level of use, for example whether the sauna is for private or commercial use.

Aspen is regarded as a long-lasting sauna material because it performs very well under repeated heat and humidity cycles. In a properly ventilated sauna, it can remain stable and comfortable for many years.

External Use

Aspen is intended for internal sauna use only and is not recommended for external cladding applications.

The timber is not treated with oils or varnishes to protect it from weather exposure, and prolonged outdoor use would significantly reduce performance. Additionally, external cladding is generally completed using lower-cost softwoods such as pine.
