1. Outstanding Stability Thanks to Thermal Modification

Thermo Ayous is one of our thermally modified products which means it undergoes a heat treatment process that transforms the timber, improving its stability and durability. This thermal modification reduces moisture absorption, making the wood far less prone to warping, shrinking, or swelling over time, even in challenging outdoor conditions. The result? A cladding solution that stays looking sharp for years to come.

2. Virtually Defect-Free for a Flawless Finish

One of the standout features of Thermo Ayous is its incredibly clean, smooth surface. With minimal knots or blemishes, it offers a sleek and uniform finish that elevates the appearance of any exterior. If you’re after a polished, high-end look, this is a timber that delivers. This also results in less waste which ultimately makes your purchase much more cost-effective.

3. Lightweight and Easy to Work With

Despite its impressive strength, Thermo Ayous is lightweight, which makes it a dream to handle and install. Whether you’re working on a large-scale commercial project or a smaller residential build, its lightweight nature helps speed up installation and reduce labour costs.

4. Modern and Stylish Aesthetic

Thermo Ayous cladding offers a contemporary look that fits seamlessly into modern architecture and design. Its fine, even grain and warm tones create a natural yet sophisticated effect that enhances facades, garden rooms, extensions, and more. It’s a versatile choice that brings instant kerb appeal.

5. Available in a Range of Versatile Profiles

From sleek tongue-and-groove profiles to traditional channel groove systems, Thermo Ayous is available in a wide range of styles to suit every design preference. This versatility makes it easy to match the cladding to your specific vision, whether you’re going for rustic charm or minimalistic elegance. Not only do the profiles vary in installation but they also come in a range of sizes, meaning you can mix and match the thinner profiles with the wider ones to create some beautiful patterns!
