Christmas Closure Dates

We will be closed from 3pm on Monday 23rd December 2024, and reopening at 8am on Friday 3rd January 2025. During this period, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to recharge and spend time with loved ones. As a result, our yard and offices will be closed for collections and deliveries. However, you can still place orders on our website during this time. Our team will monitor emails and online orders intermittently, but please note that response times will be slower than usual.

Collections

If you’re planning to collect timber or other supplies before Christmas, you can still do so up until midday on Monday 23rd December 2024. After this, collections will not resume until we reopen at 8am on Friday 3rd January 2025. To avoid any last-minute hiccups, we recommend placing your orders well in advance and scheduling your collection as early as possible. This ensures you have everything you need to keep projects moving over the Christmas period.

Deliveries

For customers requiring deliveries, it’s important to plan ahead and place your orders early. If you require your delivery before Christmas, you must order as soon as possible as final deliveries will be made on Monday 23rd December 2024. Any orders that don’t make the final delivery slots will be subject to delivery once we reopen in January. All orders placed for delivery during the Christmas closure will be processed and delivered once we reopen on Friday 3rd January 2025.

Website Orders: Open 24/7

While our physical location will be closed, our website will remain live for online orders throughout the Christmas closure. You can browse our full range of timber products, place orders, and make enquiries at any time. Please keep in mind that while our website will be live, our response time may be slower than usual. All orders placed during our closure will be processed when we return in January. If you need advice or assistance before the break, our team is here to help.
