If you are collecting timber products please collect at the time booked i.e. 9am collection would be 9am > 9:45am, this helps us have the product ready for your slot and reduces customer congestion.

• Ideally Timber collections are pre-ordered on our website. Book a collection slot at checkout. Typically next working day or later as required
• Shop item collections (treatments, fixings) these do not need to be pre-booked you can just turn up and pay in normal working hours.
• Courier deliveries, within 7 working days, local to London and Essex go sooner. 
• Lorry deliveries, within 7 working days depending on postcode many local drops are delivered sooner for instance London within 4 working days. Details are confirmed when you checkout
• Sample, lead time 5 working days
• Shop products ordered alone, delivery lead time 3 working days
