DUE TO UNPRECEDENTED HIGH CALL VOLUMES THE SALES TEAM WILL NO LONGER ANSWER CALLS AFTER 3PM

This will enable us to catch up on the orders and quotes from the day’s trade

Please put all enquiries on email where possible regardless of time of the day as these can be more efficiently responded to

We are experiencing massive demand at the moment. We have a full team of staff, extra temporary staff, are working longer hours and weekends to try and despatch products as quickly as possible. We are working from oldest orders first, if we can slot your order in sooner we will endeavour to do so. All lorry deliveries are booked in the day before. All courier deliveries are confirmed with email from the courier firm, if you are not home when the courier arrives they are instructed to leave the material somewhere safe.

• Southgate Timber’s showroom remains closed.
• Collections must be pre-ordered on the website, once your order is placed please contact the office for collection day/time, guide lead time for collections 1 – 2 weeks.
• Courier deliveries, guide lead time up to 3 weeks.
• Lorry deliveries, guide lead time up to 3 weeks.

The website remains live to take orders.
